Remark

Identity documents
1. National I.D. card or military I.D. card or alien residence permit or foreign passport, and a proof that clearly record the address of residence can be submitted for learner’s permit application, such as entry/exit record or mobile household declaration form.
2. National I.D. car or alien residence permit can be submitted for change of driver’s registration, exchanging foreign driving license for domestic driving license, and issuing international driving permit.
The driving license registration form submitted for exchanging military driving license for general driving license and exchanging foreign driving license for domestic driving license must with the qualified result for health examination and the validity is one year.
Exchanging foreign driving license for domestic driving license
1. Driving licenses issued in Mainland China area must be verified by the institutions established or appointed by Executive Yuan or the private groups entrusted by Executive Yuan.
2. Driving license issued by other countries or areas must be verified by our embassies and mission, representative offices, offices or institutions authorized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
