    ContentGiven the policy of “Applicants with a car driver’s license are required to take a written test since May 3, 2021,” Yunlin Motor Vehicles Office is arranging the holiday scooter driving lessons.
    For applicants who apply for a scooter driving license test (including light-duty and heavy-duty ones), please feel free to sign up on https://www.mvdis.gov.tw (Online registration only). After completing the medical examination and handling violations, the applicant shall bring the qualified medical examination form, original copy of national ID card (and car driver's license), two one-inch colored photos on the day of the scheduled test from 8 am to 8:30 am or from 13 pm to 13:30 pm to the registration window in order to complete the registration. For those who apply for a scooter driving license (including light-duty and heavy-duty ones ) test for the first time should complete the 2-hour safe lecture and pass the written test and road test before they can obtain a scooter driver’s license.
    ※Medical examination should be done at a public hospital or one designated by the official health agency or Directorate General of Highways, or at motor vehicle offices with examination equipment and qualified medical personnel, or a designated clinic or organization by the office. (Please contact the medical examination unit to make an appointment.) People with disabilities should go to the appraisal team of the motor vehicle offices for appraisal on the working day before the exam. Further information can be found on the website.     The service location for the examination of scooter dirving license on holidays is on the second floor of the office (No. 411, Section 2, Yunlin Road, Douliu City, Yunlin County).
